30-Day Returns-Exchange-Refund Policy

We stand by the style and quality of James&Co products.  We take great care to ensure that the descriptions of our products and the colors for customised products are accurate.  So that our customers can make informed choices and get what they expect to receive.  

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, either in-store or customised, contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservice@jamesandco.com.au to arrange return of the product and we will issue you a refund for 100% of the price paid or an exchange as you choose. Please note that we do not pay return postage.

For return or exchange, the product must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging and with original tags. If the product is not received by us in this condition, we reserve our right not to provide an exchange or refund.
